I am interested in exploring the evolving nature of consciousness, from my perspective and from the perspective of others or other's lives, through dialogue, through just being with others, through stillness and silence.
Also through my worldly service work of gardening, holistic body related therapies, Esoteric Healing, the care and support of others, through my teaching/sharing of yoga sadhana, and through my teaching/sharing about our relationship to the world of nature, specifically about the planet kingdom.
I am interested in finding/developing the scared harmony between work and self, between self and Soul through my relationship to all beings, earth, people, plants, creatures. I know intuitively we are all part of the same unity or matrix. I want to consciously live that unity and harmony. Sometimes space or quietness/stillness is needed to find the clarity and perspective that one needs in order to live a full and meaningful life of service.
Golden Bay, with its diversity of beautiful landscapes and its milder climate, offers, I believe, a natural setting for retreat and reflection, so that one may gain some (new) perspective on life and living. I reflect that life/living appears to be full of challenges and changes, leading towards joy and acceptance of the natural unity that just IS.
I attempt to live a life that is in accordance with the laws of nature through rhythmical living. This rhythmical living, plus my yoga sadhana, I am willing to share with other beings (like myself) who are committed to living more holistically and consciously on this planet.
In spring and autumn I offer classes on practical herbology, which essentially are about developing more awareness about plants, herbs, weeds etc. These classes are one day a week over a period of 7 weeks.
I teach one yoga class a week. It essentially is about developing awareness of breathing, learning to relax more deeply, being aware of the nature of mind and developing a simple sadhana practice that supports a person in daily living.
I have a therapeutic practice of Integrated massage which involves massage and holistic pulsing. My main intent is to support my clients in their own journey towards healing and wellness by holding a clear healing space.
Esoteric healing is healing at a higher level. Soul to soul, healing is in accordance with Soul's greater wisdom.
