For as long as I can remember I have held a vision for Soul Sanctuary. This vision has morphed over time and changing circumstances, but has always been about the evolution of consciousness, sacred space, the spiritual transformation process and the end of all suffering. To this end, my life is a constant practice in the Way of the Bodhisattva.
I am blessed to be living in a stunningly beautiful part of the world - an oasis after twenty years in the corporate wilderness. As a mother and a grandmother, I feel a deep empathy and compassion for the human condition and function as an evolutionary catalyst, connecting intensively one on one with individuals who have chosen to consciously engage in their spiritual/evolutionary process.
Over the years many fellow travellers have taken time-out here with me to reconnect with soul through exploring unresolved personal issues; reflecting on and engaging in dialogue around the big philosophical questions of life and death, purpose and meaning; immersing themselves intensively in accelerating their spiritual process; or refueling and re-sourcing themselves through connecting with others on the spiritual journey.
I have an insatiable curiousity about the nature of everything and find inspiration in many and diverse areas of exploration from leading edge scientific and philosophical inquiry, the evolution of consciousness, the spiritual transformation process, neuro-science, quantum physics, molecular biology, baking cakes, dialogue and conversation, Near-death experience, Buddhist philosophy and practice, being a mother and a grandmother, walking on the beach, playing board games and PS2, watching movies, transpersonal psychology, connecting at a soul level, altered state healing, eating well, having fun, and much, much more.
Among my favourite writers/teachers are Pema Chodron, David Hawkins, Eckhart Tolle, His Holiness the Dalai Lama, Ken Wilber, Deepak Chopra, Thich Nhat Hanh, Idries Shah, and Stanislav Grof.
